The name originates from the Greek words 'Ev Zin' meaning 'Eudaimonia' indicating human flourishing or simply the state of being happy, healthy and prosperous. This emphasizes the aim of the owner, Antoni Kotsi, which is to offer delicious 'homemade' dishes using nutritional ingredients.
Eating is part of making special and unforgettable memories with family, friends, colleagues... and it is this positiveness, closeness, and happiness that Antonis aspires to provide.
